「Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...

「The place and rooms are as clean as they can be for the price of the hotel. However, Leslie, the staff member at the reception desk, was very friendly and helpful.」

「Room was clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was always hot, full and ready. We had no issues with parking on any of the 4 days there. 2 small things I found different but not serious. For breakfast there was no salt or pepper for taste. Our room while kept clean and stocked our dirty towels piled up. Again, neither item was in anyway an issue that would cause me to complain or not suggest others to stay at the Wausau Hampton Inn.」

「No morning breakfast was offered as part of the stay. Was not a fan of body wash, in lieu of a bar of soap. Bed was a bit lumpy as well. Everything else was fine.」

「Pool was green and very salty, breakfast ran out of coffee in the dining room and main area with no replacement, had to call from the front desk for someone to check us in, parking lot was too small and we were sent down the road to find “whatever we could find”. Elevator shuddered at every floor stop, very unsettling.」

「Overall, the stay was fine; the only downside was that we stayed for four nights, yet no one ever came to tidy the room, change the towels, or replenish the amenities. There aren't many dining options in the area, and the few that do exist close early.」

「Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!」
