「Hotel did not keep the reservation. We made reservations at the hotel and a day before arriving to Boulder. We called the hotel to confirm our stay to find out that they do not have rooms for us even though they had the reservation.
The hotel staff refused to help
I warn anyone against staying at the hotel. You never know when they’re gonna cancel your reservation just because they feel like it.」
