「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee.

「Unbeatable location, really convenient parking. Safe and quiet. Friendly staffs. Good amenities and has a Starbucks and a convenience store so you don’t have to urgently DoorDash anything. The lobby is amazing and better than Four Seasons downtown 」

「The pool heater was broken when we first arrived but it was fixed a day later. Check in was a bit rough, desk clerk couldn’t find our bonvoy number so we were hassling about how we would get wifi since we didn’t have our number on us. He made it stressful and didn’t seem to want to help us find it.
And please tell me why you can’t provide coffee for your guests at $200 a night. Buying $6 coffees for me and my husband everyday was ridiculous. We expected more from a property like this. 」
