「Breakfast was cereal, toast, waffles, cookies, granola bars and fruit. 2 juices and coffee, tea. Room AC worked great. Staff friendly and accommodating 」

「Our stay was great. Jeff, the front desk worker, was super friendly. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast omelets were the ones with peppers, and not just the plain cheese ones. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The room was discusting, dirty sheets and towels, tub was filthy and I walked on the floor in my bare feet and my feet turned black. The owner charged me $30 per night extra for my dog, not mentioned anywhere on the web site and $15 for "incidentals" whatever that means.」

「Rooms were filthy with stains all over the walls and rugs with black mold everywhere (on lamp shades and curtains above the AC unit). The first room we were provided actually had erotic toys left behind from a previous occupant. The second room smelled of smoke with burn holes in the sheets and a terrible odor in the room. VERY unhealthy living conditions, with trash left in the hallways, etc.」

「This place was horrible! Beyond dirty, I could not stay here and when I called to cancel, which was several times, no one would pick up the phone or respond to emails. Only stay if here if your other choice is to live in your car, and the car still might be a better choice. You can smell the bacteria and you can see the grime. It's bad.」

「Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. 」
