"Our room was very nice, hotel was clean. Location was convenient for sphere concert. Checking the staff was very kind and helpful. Checking out was a different interaction and staff member questioned why I was given a meal credit by staff member when I checked in. She ultimately honored but said this employee shouldn’t have given you that and it will be on her. Not sure what that meant but the comment could have been kept to herself."
