"Parking key cards don't work very well when entering or exiting the hotel. I didn't see any push carts anywhere for luggage so be prepared to lug everything around. Parking is a far walk from the entrance. If you don't like smoking - this probably isn't the hotel for you."

"I don’t have much complaints. Overall it was a clean room and the hotel was nice. I had a problem with the kiosk when checking in but a nice guy who was station nearby helped us. The hallway from level4 did smell weird like mildew. Also when checking out it was a hassle because if u need to check out in the morning all the kiosk are close no sign telling you were to go. Luckily I remember there was a lobby are with a desk, I went there and a nice lady check me out. Very fast and helpful as well. I didn’t know the room had a small refrigerator until later at night."
