Extended Stay America Western United States hotels

"Sink blocked in washroom when checked in. Took more than 2hrs for the maintenance to show up. Requested a room change to the staff but they refused to do so. Ended up getting only 2 hrs of sleep before i had to leave the next day for Grand Canyon. Never going back to this hotel"

"This was the worst experience ever. My first time in Las Vegas and it was my birthday as well. The bathroom sink was clogged. The tub did NOT turn on at all and when I called down to the lobby they said they would send someone up and never did. The next morning I went down and reported it to worker about it and he said there was never any work order put in and assured me that someone would be up to fix it. I went out for the day and when I got back to the hotel room that NIGHT nothing was fixed yet. At around MIDNIGHT maintenance knocks on the door to start working on the tub and took over an hour to fix everything we called down to the lobby to speak to a manager and we got left on hold. Every time we went down to speak to a supervisor or manager on the floor no one was ever available I ended my stay sooner than I wanted to because of that. I would NEVER book with them again! "
