「The staff were very gentle and welcoming. Literally every need had been thought of and taken care of. They provided beautiful hand cream, soap, facial cleanser, wooden toothbrush/comb. Dressing gowns/slippers. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean any incredibly comfortable. A fantastic location with views of Lake Geneva. Breakfast was lovely. 「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」
