"We enjoyed our stay. My only issue was I didn’t like how unaccompanied the front desk clerk was when we were trying to check in. As a disabled combat veteran, I had expected a little more compassion. And there was a roach in our room as well "

"Nice and clean hotel. Can be a little noisy in the lobby area. Staff is not willing to help with question they instantly call the manager over if you have concerns."

"The staff is exceptional! They are the warmest and most helpful hotel staff I have met in a long time. This also includes the valet drivers and I know they are contracted, but they are exceptional. The hotel is very clean, our room was great and everything we needed. There’s a cool restaurant bar downstairs that on a warm day opens up to the sidewalk. It is one block off try and so very central to what we wanted downtown. We would absolutely book here again. "

"Upon Check In, the 1st room had blood stains on a pillow. I was given another room, and it had a stain on the bathroom floor and the air conditioner smelled like vinegar with cookie pieces broken up in the vent and carpet was lifted in one area. Also had tiny food particles on the floor"

"Literally right across the street from the Spectrum Center and the Transit system. Nice size room. Decent free breakfast. The lobby smells amazing…… just wish they served dinner/roomservice. "
