「Excellent Room」

「Very nice experience. The host was excellent and service was excellent. Only drawback is that the domes show a little ware and tare. And also it was very difficult to get to this location without a 4x4 vehicle. The roads are not paved and extremely steep. We almost didn't make it. We all had to dismount the vehicle and drive it up the road with no passengers. The breakfast was excellent.」

「Restaurant can do little more better on faster service and give the right time to customers on open and close I guess owner needs to hire more staff because looks like there’s more customers than staff reason why service is very slow」

「Check in was a little slow our room was not ready. Beside that the hotel is amazing, spacious rooms, plenty of parking. The breakfast was delicious cooked to order eggs on request. Esspresso, juices all included」

「El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son top, mi única queja es el tema de parqueo y el pago del valet parking, este servicio es super lento. Preferiría buscar otra opción que el parqueo sea más eficiente」

「Excelente a pesar de que está en una montaña está cerca de la ciudad y en las noche se puede bajar a disfrutar tambien de su restaurantes , bares , monumentos.. el ambiente de el hotel es muy acogedor y tranquilo , se respira paz」

「Nice place to RELAX and have some quiet time. Altagracia was my favorite because she was very friendly at all times. Un lugar muy tranquilo y son muy amables. Altagracia fue muy amable y el señor que atiende cuando uno llega. La comida puede ser un poquito mejor pero quedé contento con el trato que me brindaron.」
