"As someone who stays at the Nautical several times a year for week or two at a time the last few times have been disappointing. The families that come in and take over the beach and then trash it is getting out of hand. At the beginning of my stay there was a large group that took over the beach and left it a disaster the next morning. It remained that way for two days. They checked out and left all the trash, toys, kids toys, shoes, chairs, food and beer cans every where. I think you guys should strongly enforce the rules posted and make sure people clean up after themselves. We’re paying resort fees on top of hotel costs, and location is one of the number one reasons people stay here. The trash and random chicken bones are not enjoyable to deal with. "

The pillows were so hard like sleeping on rocks. There was no hair dryer, or coffee maker in the room. Pool was out of order as well. Staff did not offer any locations of gym or sauna or pool. We went wondering and found things. Also, no real restaurant in the casino to eat. "
