「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all !
The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor.
Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」

「My stay was great!! My room was spotless and had great views. The rooftop was something to experience. Beautiful white couches and ambience. The rooftop was heated and they also had igloos available. The drinks were pricey but delicious.」
