「The resort itself is very nice! There are many activities to indulge in, the staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful, and it is very clean. The only negative is that there is very little in terms of stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance. So, we were essentially limited to eating from the same resort restaurant for all meals every day we were there. 」

The hotel is very nice and clean, the room was great, they have the best beds in the business. The pool area lacked shade, no umbrellas for such a hot sunny area, but everything else was perfect.」

「We received an upgrade for the night so that was nice. However, the next day service for breakfast took a really long time out at the bar outside. There was only one guy who was doing all the work. 」

「The housekeeping service often does a half fast job. They do not wipe surfaces or vacuum every time they come to clean. There are questionable white stains all over the couches and a lot of the rooms smell like mildew . The front desk personnel are always very kind and accommodate the best they can. Especially Tia and David. However, Ahmed never knows what he’s doing and there is always an inadequacy during the check in process with him every time. 」
