「Horrible experience」

「Fantastic property!」

「The room was clean, a nice hot shower and comfy bed, helpful staff and delicious breakfast. There was also a shuttle to downtown and the airport. Good price and a bar and laundry for guests.」

「N/A」

「It was a very nice experience.」

「At check in I specifically asked if I could charge the card on file that I used to make the reservation even though I didn’t have the physical card with me, only in my Apple wallet. The girl at the front desk said okay. I check out now and apparently that was not the case. Very upsetting. Additionally charging $48 for valet yesterday meanwhile by mid day the front entrance of the hotel was closed off and you had to wait on the side causing delays.」

「It seems that there are only eggs, and there are very few kinds.」
