"We would definitely stay here again. Great location. Staff was professional, especially Rosa, at the front desk. As we had a late flight the next day we were also able to make a say use reservation to stay here until 6pm. No hassle at all and we were able to stay in our original room!"

As we were checking in, the gentleman who was behind the desk noticed we had our young daughter with us and he ensured we had a higher floor with an amazing view of Times Square and also gave her a care package with a coloring book. "This hotel is located perfectly in Time square, we ate at both hotel restaurants, The View and The Broadway Lounge, both were 5 star in my opinion and the view of time square was a bonus. I would stay here every time I go to NYC "
