"My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but not only did the entire hotel smell like cigarette smoke, my room smelled like it as well. Even worse. I ended up having to pay resort fees even though I did not use any of the amenities. "

"Satisfactory for being in the “old” part of hotel but prices should reflect that more. Customer service, room service and management are non existent. My room was entered by housekeeping day of check out 2.5 hours earlier than my checkout time. They didn’t knock and claim they didn’t get the memo I paid for late check out….It’s been two days since my trip ended I’ve continuously tried to contact anyone. Got through to security and they only transfer me to a line that just keeps ringing. This was not only scary but violating, I was still in bed. Something needs to be done to rectify this. "

"Room AC/heat control wasnt working properly and the fan was obnoxiously load. Had to turn unit off to sleep. Luckily the out side temp was mild and the room temp stayed reasonable."

"I have never stayed in a more disgusting motel. It was dirty, old, smelled of cigarettes and weed. Doors and windows didnt seal. Light came in from outdoor lights. Bathroom is so tiny, you have to back in to the toilet. "

"The room had an infestation of ants and it was cold out. Saw some silver fish by the washer and dryer machine. Sheets were filthy. Stained yellow. Toilet has residue from previous people. Only positive side was the pool looked clean and beautiful. Otherwise not worth the stay. "
