"check in process was very smooth. the owner/operator was very helpful and friendly. the room was very clean. nice bonus to meet her pets, ollie and felix. she also gave great advice on where to eat and some wonderful local trails. it was also a quiet place, no noise from neighboring rooms or from the road. highly recommend"

"The rooms had been updated but still showed signs of being an old building, which is to be expected. The rooms could be cleaner around the baseboards, air conditioner and windows….again an older building. The air conditioner was loud and should be updated. Overall for what we got, it was fine."

"First of all, Port Hood is a gorgeous place, especially if you like beautiful beaches. The lovely couple than run the Fiddle and Sea were delightful. Both came to welcome us when we arrived and ensured that we had everything we needed. In the morning, they served a delicious breakfast that was far from ordinary. While we enjoyed our meal, the gentleman brought out a laptop with a slide show. He showed us pictures of the area, talked about history, ecology, and culture. I thought I knew a lot about the area, but this great. After that, he took out a fiddle and played us a tune. Amazing experience. I couldn't recommend it enough."
