Terrible Experience – Would Never Stay Here Again.
From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The receptionist made us extremely uncomfortable by asking, “Which part of India are you from?” which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary question. When we clarified that we are not from India, his tone and attitude changed noticeably, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.
The room itself was in terrible condition. There were bugs flying around everywhere, the refrigerator didn’t work, and later that night we discovered it was leaking; the floor was soaked and I actually slipped while going to the washroom. To make matters worse, the air conditioner made a constant loud, rattling noise all night, making it impossible to sleep properly. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like hand soap, toothbrushes or toothpaste provided.
Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, unhygienic room conditions and unwelcoming staff. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
