「The hotel is new, clean, and the front desk staff were super polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the noise. The walls seem very thin, and you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and hallways, even small sounds. It was very difficult to sleep because of the constant noise throughout the night, especially around 4 a.m. This happened during all three nights of our stay」

「The property was right off the interstate which was great for a one night stay. It was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. The bed was a little firm for me and the air conditioning system was loud when it would cut back on but I still had a decent night’s sleep. I would stay here again on a stop over while traveling.」

「The Oliver Hotel is a great boutique place located right off Market Square in downtown Knoxville. Lots of great restaurants to choose from, including their own. Within a mile of lots of sights. And the staff were very helpful when one of our bags were delivered close to checkout time, they gave us some more time. Parking is tricky, but they have valet service.」

Breakfast had assortment of items. We stayed 2 nights and each AM hot items were different. Rooms comfortable and clean. Quiet. Good night of sleep. Will be back!」
