Stayed here for 6 months during a job relocation and again on an overnight stay due to my past positive experience. Staff is super nice. Rooms are well equipped and comfy.
Rooms are comfortable, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

I had planned to use the pull-out sofa bed., but it was like sleeping on a road full of potholes.Instead, a small person slept on the sofa. The refrigerator was running but did not keep things cold. The location was fine and the girls at the desk were very nice.
This was our first stay at this Residence Inn, and it won't be our last! It appears dated as you enter--old carpet and dim lighting, but there were no "old smells" and it was very clean! Breakfast was fantastic both mornings. Our room was very clean and we had no issues.
The only thing I hated was our room was against the highway so I heard the traffic on I-40 all night. The staff was very accommodating will any request
Check in went smoothly and was very welcoming and pleasant. Reagan was on the desk and what I said above was due to her knowledge and caring. My only negative was the HVAC which was redirected by the table holding the TV onto my face when in bed. A trip to the thermostat turned it off and I slept very well that night. I look forward to my next stay when I am again in Knoxville.
My advice is check other hotels in the area. You’ll probably find something just as nice for less money.
Staff was great, breakfast was very good and overall the property was clean.
However, the evening reception was eliminated in COVID and never brought back.
The pool is heated, but it was closed for the season. And the temperature was in the 80s for the week we were there.
Most frustrating was they only clean the rooms every 4 days! And they don’t tell you at check in. So imagine 2 adults with 3 towels for 4 days. They will give you clean towels if you ask. But there are only 2 tiny waste baskets in the suite. We didn’t cook or bring back meals but if we had there would be food trash sitting for days. I can’t believe that’s very healthy.
Also bring lotion-there’s none in the room. Even Super 8 provides that.
Location is good and there’s lots of nice restaurants in the area.
The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly

My wife enjoyed the breakfast and the freshly baked cookie they place out everyday. My only real negative was the hoise keeper never came by our room and cleaned or refreshed
Great hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were terrific.
My only suggestion is that safety bars should be installed in the showers.
