「Really nice hotel」

「Cute and quaint but they lied about there being a spa and boutique. They are definitely planning it, but when I stayed 7/6-7/8 they were advertising it as open and it was not. If I wasn’t expecting a spa, this place would have been fine. However, I booked it as a mini wellness retreat, and that was NOT the case.」

「It’s a typical inn—nothing more, nothing less. To be honest, I haven’t stayed at an inn in quite a while, so maybe this is standard now. There is no daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it. Even after we did, I’m 100% sure the bed sheets were never changed. The shower water pressure is extremely low, although the water does get nice and hot. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. 「圣诞假后第一天带孩子kua訪校，本来预定的酒店是另一家，临到NH前一天收到学校邮件强烈推荐住Hanover inn，立刻做了登记。inn坐落在小镇中心，对面就是达特茅斯学院，据说是达特茅斯自营的酒店。不愧是顶级大学的管理，非常干净温馨，到处充满设计感。床很舒服，房间空间也比较大。尤其推荐的是pine餐厅，非常美的餐厅，服务生英式服务，食物很好吃，有几道菜具有中国style。我们退房后走到对面的达特茅斯参观了一会。今年美东大雪，夜晚寒冷，白天有太阳就还好。」

「Would have been better if the fire alarm didn’t go off twice and neither time were we told it was safe to go back inside. No acknowledgment of the alarms at the very early hours of the morning. Otherwise the property was okay. Simple and relatively clean. The sleeper sofa had food crumbs on the mattress.」
