「The young lady with glasses was very attentive and willing to help. We had a strong smell of gas by the pool and she came out twice to check. One of the other from desk employees was rude and was on her phone not even making eye contact when we had the pool situation. After we said we would leave a bad review then she started to be more willing to help.. after four hours she told us the pool was available. There was a week oh heatwave over 105 degrees and we needed the pool .」

As we were leaving a leaving a couple asked us what had happened and we told them about the bed bugs and the woman said I knew it because her partner had been bitten by them on his arm and back. We saw the bite marks on him ..」

The smell was horrible. They need to do something about it. Please. Don't stay here unless you had covid and still you have symptoms were you can't smell things. But otherwise you poor nose is going to suffer」
