「Lovely relaxing stay」

「We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. Vier Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir wegen eines angeblichen technischen Defekts zunächst in einer anderen Suite untergebracht würden und die Preisdifferenz erstattet bekämen. 「Fantastic hotel at the edge of the resort. The staff were friendly and the food and drink excellent lots of choice and something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Animation team were great over over powering but suited all ages.
