"Things have changed since we were there six months ago .They used to have a full served breakfast as a complementary breakfast. It’s now a so so buffet breakfast not impressed. It’s a fairly good value, but the towels are old and no face cloths supplied service in the lounge is great, I guess you get what you pay for, the space and greenery is welcoming."

"This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed at. So refreshing to see a clean, quiet and functional place. Our room was immaculate and all the amenities worked and worked well we could cool the room with ease for example. When we come back we will definitely stay again. "This hotel is amazing guest services goes above and beyond. Room walk out pool side was the best. Noisey but that’s to be expected. The pool and by the way there is two of them in different areas so cool. There is the main pool with slides and small swimming pool. The other swimming area has a very deep pool, hottub and a splash pad for littles Here is the down side it’s dirty they need more staff cleaning the pool deck the area around the pool and even the pools it self. Hallways had guests garbage bagged in the hallways also for staff to pickup. Which they did but just makes for a bit of a look. Clean the pool area better and this would have been a more pleasant experience"

"All staff that we interacted with were excellent! Polite and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa was so relaxing! The restaurant had a varied menu. We ate there several times during our stay and both food and service were excellent. The only things I can "complain" about is that there were no glasses in the rooms - only paper cups."
