「A quiet, comfortable, and clean place close to the beach. Unfortunately, the 10 a.m. check-out time is inconvenient; you have to rush out to meet the check-out time and can't enjoy anything that day. They should consider changing it to at least 11 a.m.」

「Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! 」

「This place is a small piece of paradise, a few steps and you are in Siesta Beach. It’s so quiet considering it’s in a corner lot with lots of human and vehicle traffic. The ambiance is so lively yet cozy because people are well behaved and friendly. We will definitely come back.」

「Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.
