The hotel is beautiful—I truly can’t say anything negative except for the bedding. For a property of this caliber, I expected softer linens, pillows, and duvet covers. That was my only drawback; otherwise, everything was excellent.

The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa
if you book this hotel and are not satisfied, they do nothing to make it right and you are not permitted to check out early. If you choose to checkout early they will charge the full amount of the 7 day stay Book at Indigo or Seafire is my suggestion

Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach
Best free buffet breakfast ever. Plantain, fried sweet potatoe. Great pastries, plus all the regular breakfadt foods. Only negative is one waffle maker. Adding an another would be a game changer.
