「Very poor experience. The water in the shower barely came, the room had a terrible scent. It was overall very run-down unfortunately. I do hope they improve based on recommendations.」

「The head lady at the front desk during the day is almost military in her response and behavior. Too rigid. No compromise. Language barrier. The one microwave for the whole floor is not acceptable. The one on my floor was not working. Location is great. Price ok. Food just barely ok.」

「No English speaking people when checking in. There is a lack of service…. No towels when needed. Was asked to take my towel down to be washed instead of service to the room. Only one hard working person who seems dedicated but the rest were just sitting around! Noisy place at and it does not feel safe at night! I suppose they cater for a group of tourist who are no English speaking!」

「Front desk staff are amazing! That being said, this property should not be opened during this time! During my entire stay from 6/22/26-6-30/26, the hotel had major renovations happening. I’m talking hammer drilling from 8 am to 6 pm, that is heard all throughout the building and in my room. I tried speaking to management but they kept ignoring me. This is not how a business is run! You Guys need to close 592 until this work is finished! You can not have guests staying there while you do this...
