「Excellent host. Had good conversations with Gilbert who went out of his way to help. Room wise a few minor improvements but generally excellent. Highly recommended.」

「The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!」
