Better choice than the Marriott or other Major hotels in the region. The hotel was Clean, huge rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. 10/10. Breakfast was freshly made and with real local Guyanese ingredients. Will stay again.

The place is OK. Rooms wont cleaned on time. Staff not friendly but not rude either. We didnt feel as welcome as other places. Overall the place was good. The manger did try to assist us but some of the staff needs to step up more.

I read reviews saying that the bathroom didn’t work well, (the water was not refilling to flush as it should) and when we got there that also seemed to be the case. But someone came and made an adjustment and it was fine after that.

Amazing hotel , very spacious .. the issues I had was the women staff at the pool side , they are all Spanish , they don’t understand English properly, they don’t know what’s available on the menu . The customer service with them was horrible . Front desk staff was amazing. The room is big , spacious and had lots of closet space, the ac was constantly leaking water in the room but other than that I would definitely stay here again

I had a late check-in since my flight came in late. The room was paid for in advance however the bathroom has no mats and no towels also the hot water was not hot. The air condition was not working and it did not smell clean.
