「We were amazed at the size of our room, we had two fireplaces on a little kitchenette along with a very lovely bedroom and a nice bathroom. Location and neighborhood are lovely. A couple things keep it from being perfect. This is our second time staying with them and the hot option on the breakfast hasn't been great either time ( although the coffee is great). The TV did seem to have a mind of its own and stopped working in the middle of our movie, and the fridge in the room didn't work all...

「We had a mostly pleasant stay. The staff was courteous, and our room was very nice and clean. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The burger and fries were amazing — definitely a highlight! That said, the air conditioner in our room wasn’t cooling properly, and the temperature never dropped below 74 degrees, which made it uncomfortable at times. Also, the bartender had a bit of frantic energy and the espresso martini unfortunately missed the mark. Overall, a lovely property...

「The Otis has a very nice pool. Restaurant is just Okay. Honestly, in my opinion, The Otis is a 4-star hotel. Not a 5 star. They apply a lot of fees that you are not aware of. Like a resort fee? This place doesn't feel like a resort. They applied $50.00 to my account for a two-night star. It was use it or lose it. I had to eat on premise. So be aware. Also, parking is very expensive. Not a bad hotel, but also not one I'm looking forward to returning to.」

「The property was nice. Room was very small and the layout was unusual. The toilet is in the same stall as the shower and the bathroom sink is in the middle of the room. The bed was comfortable. The room was noisy..could hear other guests through the ventilation and noise from the outdoor deck/pool. The price for parking was outrageous..$68 oer night.」
