CitizenM is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in a central downtown Austin location in a nice facility and looking for value. While the rooms are small, the second floor is an inviting place to work, hang out and spend time at the hotel out of your room. I've now stayed there multiple times for work and it's been exactly what I wanted it to be each time.

Very nice, modern, minimalistic hotel. Room was cozy and bed comfortable. Great for couples. Check in/out was smooth and staff very friendly and helpful. Bar had great mixed drinks, open late. Lack of on site parking might be a detergent for some people.

Schönes modernes Gebäude, sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal, nur die Klimaanlage war etwas zu kalt bzw. konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden und das Bett aufgrund der Zimmeraufteilung für 2 Personen etwas schwer zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war nicht ganz preiswert, aber sehr gut.

Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The gym was decent and had enough equipment for a quick workout. I would definitely stay here again.
