"There was no spa pool only a spa bath which needed instructions just for the people who don't know how to use "

"The property location is good with shops nearby. But the property condition was very poor with leakage in the bathroom, bed rugged with a sagging mattress so much so that my daughter now has a sore back due to sleeping in that. The property did not have a drinking water fountain anywhere and the only option was to fill water from the bathroom. The staff were however very warm and were doing their best to help. "
