"The city traffic kept us awake late. We would choose a different room in the future. The bathroom door was not hung square, so was difficult to close. "

"This place may be good for a lot of people so take my review with a grain of salt. It’s a concrete building with very modern decor, for me ( old school) It felt like a prison :) No charm and warmth. The hallway at night can be a bit creepy with screeching noises all around. I travelled alone on business so for me it felt cold. But I can see how some people might enjoy it. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts you probably need. The gym was the best for me, large space with full equipment and plenty of different activities to be done. "

"I booked on hotel.com but when I went to check in, they couldn't find my reservation. The carpet in our room was sticky and the rooms were not well insulated. Someone above us had a child that ran a few marathons (including hurdles?) until 10:30pm and then again in the morning. Parking was very full. Breakfast was just okay. We wouldn't choose this hotel again."

"The hotel staff was not very welcoming or aware of the access. When I was directed to the indoor pool after 9pm to find the access locked, another person tried to redirect me back there. When I questioned them, they got frustrated and said I should know. There is limited lobby sitting options to gather, there are no table chairs on the courtyard. Looks nice but not practical to enjoy. Disappointed about the overall experience. "
