"Walking in, I was excited! However, the room was disappointing. Floors were dirty, couch was dirty, counter, sink, and fridge were dirty. Bathroom toilet was dirty, sink was dirty in bathroom, and there were boogers in several spots on the wall. "

"The room was so clean and large!! The beds were comfortable! The staff in the gift shop and the front desk were so accommodating and very pleasant to talk to made us feel right at home!! The only complaint I have is when we went to ask the concierge where to get something to eat she never suggested the two restaurants at the hotel!! Instead we got lost looking for a restaurant and eventually ended up about five blocks away!! We would have rather ate there!!"

"So far this hotel is the best hotel I've stayed in since I've been coming to slc. I have to come for medical every 2-3 months. Not far from hospital. Rooms are clean, staff are pleasant, and had to use the shuttle a couple of times. The continental breakfast is great. Lots of variety. I'll be staying here again"
