"Clean and tidy. We got a refurbished room. It was nicely decorated and had all we needed. Reception staff were very nice and we got a nice hello from Mr Pickles the bird."

"Beautiful hotel and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. New modern, large bathroom with toilets available in the shower. We also did the buffet breakfast which was fine for the cost. Would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Lower Hutt and would happily stay again."
