「Superb rooms, property and a warm welcome.」

「This was such a unique stay! We stayed for 2 nights and ate at the diner which was lovely food and service. The motel was clean, the bed was incredibly comfy, it has great technology in the rooms and a lovely lounge/reception area. One member of staff stood out to us on the Sunday night, we had a drink in the lounge area and she really went above and beyond making sure I had the perfect drink as they originally didn’t have the drink I wanted. 「Usually use Prem Inn but prices are getting ridicules, found Kingfisher Bard, first class, reasonable price and breakfast included not like Prem Inn, £9.50 extra for continental brekkie. Definitely use again.」

「Lovely room but restaurant service is slow. Lots of time when there was no one in the restaurant. At breakfast we sat down on our own accord as there was no one around,after what seemed like a long time, I got us the menus and eventually someone came to take the order. They need more staff and better trained staff.」

「Lovely hotel. We opted for the Sutton Suite which was large and well laid out. Service is super friendly, but not always as helpful as it could be. Both 1772 and Yû are reasonably good and sensibly priced. Don’t bother to get breakfast included. It’s good but buy it when there. Included options are limited. Spa is great.」

「It's a very pleasant pub/hotel. Friendly staff. Extremely close to Highclere Castle. The food was excellent. The only negative aspect was the bathroom. The shower cabinet is very small and vert high up, making it very hard in and out safely. Also there are not enough power points in the room. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!」

「I had a wonderful 2 night stay with my father. Booked this hotel from NewZealand. Warm Welcome , friendly staff & very unique interesting building. Views amazing from the room 302 Beautiful heritage building set in park like grounds with golf club. All staff excellent & Zoe very helpful with queries later evening ; night time.」

「Service and food excellent. Room a little tired. Windows dirty and need maintenance. View over courtyard. No parking so had to pay at the carpark behind. Bit of Walk in the rain. Food was exceptional. Room could do with a little tic. 」
