「It is a wonderful, small hotel! Clean, comfortable, updated rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is included, providing lots of choices, and it is very, very good. It is on the main road, so easy to get to by bus or car and has parking if you need it. June, the owner, is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Plus she has an awesome sense of humour! I enjoyed my stay very much and I would highly recommend it!」

「The Station House was in many ways ideal. The room was roomy and well furnished, the access to the extra communal room where we could sit and make tea and coffee and keep fresh milk and food in a fridge was excellent. Two small things let it down. The reception was across the road in the associated hotel. Once in the hotel the notice said the reception was upstairs but there was no obvious reception desk up there. I looked around and went in to the bar and no one was behind the bar. It turned...

「Hotel needs updating… It feels very tired. My room was what looked like an old dilapidated shed in the back of the hotel. Room was as clean as possible… But rug looked ancient, side table was put together with plywood and a white tablecloth. Three very large dining rooms with absolutely nobody in them. Would not recommend staying here.」

「The location was beautiful and very handy to visiting the town. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Our breakfasts were delicious.」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
