「Friendly staff」

「The room was run down. The exhaust fan and the wall unit were on there last leg. The bathroom sink was cracked 3 ways. No ice bucket and no ice machine. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Fortunately, I had a cooler along for my medications. I will not stay there again.」

「Nobody at front desk, waited 30 minutes before anyone showed. Tv wasn’t working in room, claim the cable was cut. They did get tv working. Room was dingy, shampoo hardened spill in tub. Looked under sheets in bed to find hair and filth, slept on my own blanket. Frig in room made a groaning noise all night Will never book here again」

「The hotel was located in a lovely rural area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made recommendations of places to eat and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to this part of Wisconsin.」

「We stay here often for work. It's good enough for that with kids」

「Decent place for a good nights rest. Front desk staff was polite but no personality. Hot tub wouldnt stay on, pool area is in desprate need of fresh paint or sealant or whatever. Paint was peeling off all concrete surfaces. Room was clean. Breakfast was terrible. Overall, the stay wasnt bad, just nothing special. *** Also it is the off season for the Dells and it was a weeknight. They may make more of an effort in busier higher price season.」

「A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells.」

「perfecto」

「Easy to get to. Very nice place.」

「Good」

「Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.」

「It was nice and clean」

「Nice clean rooms large bathroom. Basic breakfast」

「This place was quite dirty. Hair from the previous guest on the bathroom floor. Dust on furniture and refrigerator. Walked in room with white socks - not so white afterwards. Tub/shower needs updating. Turned on the heat (the knobs were really dirty. I cleaned them so I can touch them) and smelled like burnt popcorn. I shined flash light in the AC/Heat vent and it was pretty disgusting. Lobby not welcoming. Worn and torn furniture ( room and lobby). Very dirty front lobby doors. It was a...

「We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was great, with plenty of places nearby. The hotel was clean, and we especially loved the large bathroom and spacious room with a comfortable couch. Everything made our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again!」
