Nice large and clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. Nice display of Saturday Evening Post magazines in hallway. The pool area lacked adequate lighting. It would have been good to know about the year round Christmas theme in the rooms.

We love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is cool for an old supper club. Complementary breakfast is a buffet or order of the menu, depending on the day. Food is wonderful, wait, staff is even better. Cool and hot tub are typical of any hotel. They are clean and enjoyable. We have been here three times and we will continue to go there highly recommend

Very helpful and courteous staff that welcomed us to the site. Services in the hotel are extensive and we especially enjoyed the extensive Norman Rockwell collection. This location is a good value and well worth the price

Breakfast was very good!!! Room was larger than typical hotel. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke - yuck. The room did not smell and was very clean. Hot tub was not working due to mechanical issue, but they were working on a repair. We’d come back, for sure.

It’s a nice outdated establishment that is in the process of updating. Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean, restaurant and lounge attached. Huge collection of Norman Rockwell items on site. Needs some new mattresses 😂

It took me over an hour to get checked in because of complications with the staff behind the desk or counter at the hotel. She was very rude and unprofessional, and I did not like it at all. As far as everything else after that once I got checked in things were better.

This is obviously and old, established hotel that was probably in the upper echelon in its heyday. It is very clean; staff is extremely pleasant and price was quite reasonable. Close enough to Wisconsin Dells while avoiding Wisconsin Dell prices. There is no water park, which is okay, you can find many, right down the road. They don't have continental breakfast because an excellent breakfast buffet comes with the price. They have a nice pool and hot tub. Even our five-year-old grandson really enjoyed himself. Would recommend to anyone and have already booked another stay with them.
