「Friendly staff」

「The room was run down. The exhaust fan and the wall unit were on there last leg. The bathroom sink was cracked 3 ways. No ice bucket and no ice machine. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Fortunately, I had a cooler along for my medications. I will not stay there again.」

「Good night's stay, can't beat the price, no complaints」

「The hotel was located in a lovely rural area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made recommendations of places to eat and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to this part of Wisconsin.」

「Right off highway, clean, quiet, good coffee & breakfast」

「Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.」

「Clean and convenient hotel.」

「Good rates for sure… beds were comfortable. I’ve been using this hotel for 3 years now since a nice renovation about 4 years ago. Unfortunately, the hotel is slipping away in my opinion… not as clean, out side grass was 18” high… our room and hallways were looking dirtier than the last time we were there last fall. I fear the management of this hotel is having trouble keeping up with the maintenance. Had to ring the front desk bell twice to get someone to show up to check in. Kind of sad to...
