Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place

10/10 Excellent

"excellent location. Very close to the Grand-Place. There is also an underground car park next to the hotel if you are driving. Room clean with all amenities needed for a few days. As we visited in a heat wave the water filter machine just outside the lift was well used. All the staff were welcoming and helped with all our requests/questions without any fuss. Would definitely recommend."

"Stayed 2 overnights at Motel One and was very pleased. We loved the balcony in our room. Luckily, we came after the heat wave because our room on the 7th floor must have been very hot! It was in a great location, (walking distance to the train station), the breakfast was nice and the bar was open 24/7. I would stay there again."

"The staff were very welcoming and efficient and made checking in a breeze. We arrived early and just walked around Brussels while they stored our bags. We got an oleander arise when our room was ready 3 hours early. Room was fantastic and the breakfest in the morning was the perfect way to grab some food before getting the train. Awesome visit to Brussels."

"Very good for the price and the room we stayed in was very big and spacious for the two of us. Staff seemed moody and a big off putting at times. The one night we had to wait about 5/10 minutes to be let back in as they had locked the doors and there was no where to tap your card to open them like other hotels. The room was clean though and you could store your luggage."
