「Most wonderful place on earth! Gorgeous property, warm & attentive staff in every position and the most sublime food. I cannot say enough good things and the marvelous staff should all be commended. Peter who welcomed me at the car park, Becky & Theo at reception who settled me in to the lovely Hollyhock room in the main house. In dining Sarah in the lounge, Caoimhe in the dining room, Edith at breakfast - and all the staff whose names I sadly can't remember made me feel welcome as a solo...

「Overall our stay was great. We slept ok. Our room overlooked the garden and was comfortable and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was that the room wasn’t serviced during our stay (4 nights). This meant that we ran out of milk sachets for coffee on our second day & they weren’t topped up. Had there been a mini fridge in the room, we could have bought a carton of milk from the supermarket & it would have kept fresh in the fridge. 」

「Lovely grounds for walking. Great public rooms. Dinner menu rather limited if you were staying more than a couple of days. Room was comfortable although bathroom could do with an update. 」

「Nice place, good staffs and have parking facilities. However, too much doors in between the corridors (maybe for fire safety reason), have to pass through more than 10 doors from check-in to my room. 」

「The location is good, close to the bus and train station, beside the shopping area but still keep a quiet environment. If can equipment a mini fridge that will more better.」

「very nice room, wonderful meals (breakfast and dinner). excellence view from room and peaceful surronding. but the safe in room was broken. and not very good shower head, although it was working.」

「提前两个月预订并已全额付款的豪华客房，入住时酒店却提供了两间阁楼普通客房，我们发现问题后和酒店沟通，酒店却以豪华客房无空房为由加以拒绝，并且不愿退回房间差价，一口咬定提供的就是预订的豪华间。英国牛津风尚酒店完全不可信，而且完全没有解决问题的诚意。」

「Near to oxford train station. Quiet neighbourhood. Room size quite small. Bathroom quite old school and showet mixer is inconvenient design. Free fruit, snack and bottle water is a bonus. No luggage room for luggage storage, though they claim thay have 24hr front desk.」
