「Never stayed here before, steep stairs, no elevator, room not cleaned first night, had to get towels from another building a few miles away, then they didn't have towels ready had to return later that nigjt to get them. Breakfast was not nutricional, just wrapped in cellophane gas station type donuts/pastery. That was disappointing Dinner in Pub went wrong, order not written down, served roast beef instead of burger, wrong cheese, wrong bread, they took it off the bill but that high quality...
