「 Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. 「To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards.
