Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue.
They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money.

「Our stay was an absolute delight. The room was perfect as was the staff. Very comfortable, simple and clean. Breakfast was absolutely superb. And the added bonus, which was a surprise, was the manager’s reception from 5-7pm…..an array of different foods along with beer and wine. What a treat! 」
