「The hotel was clean and quiet and we couldn’t hear the noise from the freeway, even though it was nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast had quite a few things to chose from and was pretty good.」

Unfortunately, it now appears neglected—especially in the pool and spa area, where the windows are noticeably dirty and seem to have been overlooked for quite some time. It gives the impression that little effort is being made to maintain or improve the property. Despite this, the hotel continues to charge high prices comparable to nearby, well-maintained hotels, which makes the experience feel disappointing and...

「Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.」
