"Room was clean, staff was friendly. Parking was a mess. Not enough spaces for all of the cars on site. Not a deal breaker, but made the stay a bit more challenging."

"Ive been a road warrier for many years. This is one of the best hotels ive stayed at. Food was great. And the staff is what makes it special. A well managed facility and the hospitality was 2nd to none. What a great experience "

"Breakfast was so so. The fake eggs are not good. Maybe a waffle maker or pancake maker would help. "

"The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room and premises are very clean and spacious. The room is a nice size, however, the bed was a bit uncomfortable (harder than I expected) and the pillows were flat. Overall we still enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area within walking distance. "

"Dining in both restaurants was excellent. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Location is excellent. The hotel needs to be updated/refreshed. Furniture and fixtures as well as conveniences are lacking. "

"Best costumer service. The room was clean and very elegant. Parking was cheap with valet parking compared to other hotels. Definitely I will stay there again. Best decision ever🙌"

"Property was nice but discovered the carpet outside the bathroom in our room was wet. Reported to the front desk they sent someone to fix. When we got back to our room the “fix” was a large bucket with a towel underneath. By the time we left the bucket was almost full. Room smelled from mold. Very dissapointed."
