Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional, which really made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the views of the city were a nice bonus. I also appreciated how quiet the room was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. "We had to switch rooms because the heater was noisy and kept us up at night. The pool water was gross and so was the hot tub. We went in it and got out very quickly. The breakfast you pay for is really not worth it. It's a bistro style breakfast and you don't get a lot to pick from and you don't get enough to eat. For what I spent on the room for 4 nights was not worth it at all. Was very disappointed in our stay. They didn't even give us any money back for the squealing heater that kept us up for 2 nights. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. "

"Rooms were not ready for check in by 4:00. There were hundreds of guests sitting throughout the lobby. Told everyone they would text us when our room was ready and nobody ever got a message. Finally was able to check in after the game we attended. When I asked how we could get reimbursed for their late check in, the employee stated “we haven’t really been charging for late check outs”. "

"Going thru renovations. Made stay pleasant. Had hick up of room being cleaned before we got there but they were accommodating for the stay and corrected everything immediately. I would stay again. "
