The stay was okay, just not the level of Hyatt House I am used to. The staff is friendly and resolves the issues you might have. But the thing is, I would prefer not to have those issues to begin with. It's the little things, like the WiFi that doesn't connect, and the coffee pods that are mostly decaf (and I don't drink decaf), and the fridge that did not work and as it turned out, there is a button inside it that need to be pressed to make it start working. The breakfast was tasty. However, the variety of food options can be significantly increased.

For a 1 night stay it wasn’t terrible. Facilities were a little beat up but the staff was very friendly and positive. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were decent and convenient

I had a three days stay here, but for 2 days I don’t have WiFi to use. I need to work using my laptop and the WiFi is somehow not working. I reported to the front desk and they said they were thing to fix, but it didn’t work out. I am not satisfied with this. Overall, the room is nice amf clean, and comfortable, but the experience is bad for me given the WiFi issue.

When we checked into this hotel, we were given a room with no shower door or wash cloths. When we inquired at the front desk they told us that there were no wash cloths available, which is crazy for a big hotel. The next day when we left our room for the entire day to help our daughter move into her college apartment, we arrived back to an unclean room. Housekeeping had not bothered to clean it. We got back to our room at 10 pm at night. When we complained at the front desk they apologized and changed our room. So after 10pm at night, after moving furniture and boxes all day, we had to gather our belongings and move to another. At least this room had a “shower door” along with towels and washcloths. The next morning at 8am we were awakened by banging on the door by housekeeping requesting to clean the room. There was a “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on the door which my husband pointed out to her. With that, she apologized and said she would come back later. UNBELIEVABLE! The hotel took off our parking fee to accommodate us for our troubles which we appreciate but they also need to improve their accommodations and customer service.

Walkable distance or short rides to all major attractions. Very pleasant and welcoming staff at the reception. Breakfast is also a good spread, but the service can be improved a little.

The hotel was nice but had issues with lift being broken and parking only available to use if we paid valet otherwise we park in the lot beneath without access to come up to the property. The only elevator which brings people up from P1 level to hotel lobby was closed after the 1st night there stating homeless people come up that way. Guests who park on their own need to find way up through the grocery store lifts or walk up the car port ramp (not safe) Food was great both days but on busier hours, staff had to be asked to refill items that ran out. Easy access to most places around the D,C area and helped that traffic was modest during the weekdays.

Keep staff informed, it was the parking for me. I booked valet parking is a 24hr service. I went to a concert got to the hotel around 2am the lady in the front desk snap at me and told me, what you want me to do with your car! So Nasty and rude. Communication is the key people do better. I assume the guy incharge of valet was on break who knows.
