「早上九點正在吃早餐的時候，清潔人員竟然就在這時候跑進房間裡面來打掃，後來詢問櫃檯人員，她說是清潔人員搞錯房間了，本來是隔壁房間要打掃，誤認為是要清掃我的房間。問題是等我吃完早餐，收拾好行李就要退房了，但是我的行李東西都還在房間內，結果還會搞錯房間，清潔人員也沒有再確認過，擺明就是隨便編造一個謊言來敷衍，雖然東西沒有遺失，但這離譜的事情簡直是讓人不可思議！」
