Affordable but has bad smell& water boiling system

Our room was affordable but smelled like someone’s armpit, and found some hair on our bedsheets. Also we had no hot water in the shower and the bathroom fan was quite noisy. Positive: our room had a styler where you hang your clothes and it gets rid of any wrinkles.

The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room.

깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있는 최고의 진주호텔입니다

바닥이 마루바닥이어서 맨발로 편히 다닐 수 있고 바닥도 아주 깨끗하게 잘 청소되어 있습니다. 창문이 있어서 환기도 가능하고 욕실안에 욕조는 없지만 크기가 아주 커서 아이랑 같이 샤워하기에도 편안합니다. 샤워기 수압도 세고 물도 잘 내려갑니다. 침대도 편안하고 아주 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 조식도 제공되고 얼음과 커피머신도 있어서 아주 좋습니다. 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

객실 자체는 깨끗했습니다. 침구류도 냄새 안나고 청결했습니다. 다만 샤워부스에서 샤워기 헤드에 곰팡이같은 까만 때가 잔뜩 껴있어서 샤워기 사용을 못했습니다. 다행히 천정에 해바라기 샤워기가 있어 그걸로 샤워했네요... 샤워기헤드가 더러워서 혹시나 하는 마음에 해바라기 샤워기도 점검하고 사용했습니다. 다행히 해바라기 샤워기는 괜찮았어요. 퇴실할때 말씀드리고 싶었는데 프론트 직원님이 전화하고 계셔서 말씀을 못 전해드렸어요. 마냥 기다릴수만은 없어서 일단 퇴실해 후기에 적어봅니다. 샤워기 헤드 점검해보시길 바랍니다.

담배연기 냄새가 화장실에 남아있고, 화장실 휴지통에 휴지가 안비워져 있었어요. 그 부분빼고는 전체적으로 만족합니다.

비즈니스 호텔이어서 많은 기대를 가지고 가시면 안될거 같고요 조식이라고 나오는데.. 큰 기대를 하신다면 정말 많은 실망을 할 조식입니다. 방내부는 괜찮습니다. 다만 화장실 비데가 관리가 되는건지는 모르겠고 욕조에 물을 받아서 해야 하는데 샤워기에서만 물이 나오고. 이런 부분을 제외하고는 괜찬습니다.

비지니스 호텔 그 이상도 이하도 아닌

일단 호텔이 다른 상가와 같이 있어서 주차가 많이 부족했어요~~프론트에 전화하니 건물 건너편 주차장을 이용하라 해서 갔는데 거기도 저녁시간에는 자리가 많지 않았구요~~관리인 없는 무료주차라 차량 파손 및 도난 책임 없다 써 있더라구요 그래도 호텔 주차장보다는 넓어요 객실은 딱 비지니스 호텔이구요~~신축이라 그런지 객실과 화장실이 깨끗했어요~~프론트 직원은 한분 계셨는데 저녁타임 직원분은 불친절했고 아침타임 직원분은 친절했어요~그리고 무료 조식 서비스는 괜찮았어요~
